Great Soda for Our Great Food!

Goldburger’s is all about “loving our locals“. We look for the best local sources and but as much as possible from them. After all, fresh is best!

That’s why we love Hosmer Mountain soda! In addition to the fact that they use an “environmental bottle“,  we also love there “Antique Line“. This line of New England favorites is still made with all natural flavors, and real cane sugar. Very cool.

Hosmer Mountain Soda’s have been a family operation ( 4 separate families, actually)  for over 100 years, and is located in Willimantic, Connecticut.

Sides Matters!

Anyone who says sides doesn’t matter is just plain out wrong. And, here at Goldburger’s, we totally agree. This is why we go the extra mile to give you the perfect side to go with the perfect burger.

We don’t just have fries. We have the “Full Monty” when it comes to fries. Fresh Cut. Sweet Potato. And, yes, even “waffle fries“. Want to take it to the next level? Add our amazing cheese sauce to it. Can’t decide? Just do the “half & half“. Yup, pick two of the above…

If you are not in the mood for fries (????) then we so got your back. Yes, we have some totally awesome onion rings, but we also have our ever popular “Mac Squares“. What’s a “Mac Square“? Just the ultimate in comfort food, that’s what. Take our home made Mac & Cheese, make it cut it into a square, dip it into our secret batter, and deep fry to perfection. Have it on the side, our put it on a burger, Either way, it’s wicked cool….

Yes, we are pretty proud of the burgers we offer our guests. But we also know that every now and then, you get a hankering for something different. That’s reality, and we are cool with that. So that is why we do everything we can to give you what you want!

You know, the salt and pepper, or Abbot & Costello sort of match. So we created our hot dog menu to match the regional favorites. Yes. just like real Southern BBQ, there are regional favorites. Way we see it, instead of having to travel all over the country, you can just come see us here in Newington, Ct.!

We would love to see Joey Chestnut, Matt Stonie or Miki Sudo try to eat 36+ of these babies. For those of you who prefer to head a little further west, our Chicago dog is loaded with tomato, pickles, relish, sport peppers, onions, mustard and celery salt. Basically the same thing you would get when you are checking out the Cubs or Blackhawks! We Got Your Sauce!

Funny how those corporate chains make such a big deal out of having a “special sauce”. Reality is, they just open a 5 gallon container of Russian dressing, and put it into a squeeze portion bottle marked “special”. Really?
